Defeativesm Metallity

The recent concluded Political Party nomination in Kenya has raised concern over lack of internal democracy. Many of the would-be- members are in agreement, that the parties are owned by individual as opposed to members. This raises the question what can be done? Many of the 'members' feel it is a lost cause to democracies the parties given the huge financial resource and influence the party owner weld. But i feel all is not lost if we who subscribe to democrary make our way into the Political Party Secretarial and bring our idea and vision from inside instead of complianing. My collegues have a defeativesm metallity that we can only watch. But i beg to differ. Any other ideas on how i should go about ?
