General Election

I have made my mind, i will not vote for the incumbent. Given that he has served his first term as the President and the constitution provides a maximum of two terms of 5 years, i don't this he will have the incentive to perform because of constitutional limitation. Besides, his retiment package is guaranteed with or without performance. This problem originates from lack of ownership of political partied by the people and therefore it is only partly used a vehicle to accede to power thus being overridden by the individual. It election planks are just there to satisfy the requirement of the law. But if parties were respected as institutions to bring prosperity then, the incumbent could have been under pressure to sustain the continuity of his party as the ruling party. therefore i have managed to eliminate the first candidate.
